Cancellation/Refund Policy
- All cancellations must be notified in writing to Raine & Horne – Maclean, Yamba, Iluka office at [email protected] as soon as possible.
- The $75 booking fee and credit card charges are non-refundable.
- Cancellations that are made known to our office more than 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded the deposit paid, less the $75 non-refundable booking fee and any credit card charges.
- You will be charged 100% of payments made if the booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. Refunds will be electronically transferred to your nominated bank account in accordance with the cancellation terms.
- Raine & Horne – Maclean, Yamba, Iluka reserves the right to cancel any bookings that have not paid the balance due in full at least 30 days prior to arrival.
