Cancellation/Refund Policy
- All cancellations must be notified in writing to Raine & Horne – Maclean, Yamba, Iluka office at [email protected] as soon as possible.
- The $75 booking service fee is non-refundable on all bookings.
- A minimum cancellation fee of $150 of the deposit paid is applicable on all bookings.
- Cancellations that are made known to our office more than 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded the deposit paid, less the $150 cancellation fee and $75 non-refundable booking service fee.
- If cancelled less than 60 days prior to the arrival date, full tariff, for the full term of the booking must be paid by the guest unless the property is re-let by our office.
- Raine & Horne – Maclean, Yamba, Iluka reserves the right to cancel any bookings that have not paid the balance due in full at least 60 days prior to arrival.
- Any applicable refunds will be electronically transferred to your nominated bank account in accordance with the cancellation terms.
