Born in the Clarence Valley, Colby has returned home to be close to family and embrace the relaxed Northern Rivers lifestyle. With over 25 years of experience in customer service—including hotel reservations and event management—she brings a strong foundation in hospitality, organisation and client care to her role.
Colby is passionate about showcasing the Clarence Coast and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. Working closely with property owners, she is committed to maximising the performance of their holiday investments while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and service. Her attention to detail, proactive approach and genuine care set her apart in delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes.
As the first point of contact in the Maclean office, Colby is known for her approachable nature, strong communication skills and willingness to assist wherever needed. She takes pride in building lasting relationships and being a trusted support for clients, guests and the wider community.
Deeply connected to local life, Colby is a strong supporter of community and sport. Outside of work, she enjoys an active lifestyle with her husband Stephen and their daughter Ava, making the most of the incredible beaches and hinterland the region has to offer.

Originally from Gunnedah, Kellie relocated to the Clarence Valley in 2012 with her husband Jim and their family, and now proudly calls Gulmarrad home. Since commencing her real estate career in 2018, she has successfully combined her background in administration and accounts with a passion for property management, developing a well-rounded and highly effective skillset.
In her role, Kellie oversees the management of a large portfolio, working closely with landlords, tenants and trades to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard and investments perform at their best. She is known for her strong organisational skills, attention to detail and proactive approach, ensuring every aspect of the property management process is handled with care and professionalism.

As a mum of three boys, much of her time outside of work is spent keeping up with their busy lives and sport commitments, especially footy, her sons have been playing for the Lower Clarence Magpies Rugby League Club for 6 years now. This busy lifestyle has shaped her into someone who is reliable, adaptable, and down-to-earth, qualities her clients truly value.
