Central to the heart of the Yuraygir National Park, set along the NSW Northern River's Pacific coastline, the seaside village of Angourie, boasts pristine beaches and that feeling of a true beachside holiday.

Downstairs is a spacious queen bedroom with fan, heater, smart TV and its own separate bathroom. Up the stairs to an open plan living area, featuring an 83-inch smart TV and reverse cycle AC. The stylish kitchen with modern Smeg appliances compliments this space perfectly as the highlight here is the stackable sliding door opening onto the scenic deck. The kitchen is complimented by a large bi-fold window, allowing a beautiful modern extension of the kitchen to the outdoor area which includes a brand new Zeigler & Brown BBQ and outdoor dining setting.
Up the bespoke timber staircase to the third level is the large main bedroom with soaring ceiling, Swisstek king bed, reverse cycle AC, fan, smart TV and ensuite with separate toilet. Opening onto a picturesque private deck, complete with views to Spooky Beach, this top-level suite is a secluded retreat to take in the Pacific Ocean views amongst the coastal greenery.
The garden entry is a luxurious space, complete with heated outdoor shower, a shaded and private landscaped courtyard and sitting area. Guests have access to the double remote control garage where surfboards and bikes with helmets are stored and available for guests’ use. There is off street parking in front of the garage and ample street parking as well. There is a full laundry with Electrolux washer and dryer on the ground floor. A cordless Dyson vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board are also provided.
A short walk takes you to the local café and across the road through Spooky Valley to arrive at superb Spooky Beach. The Yuraygir coastal walk, starting at Angourie is a stunning part of the Northern River’s coastline and is a world class walking track. Taking in spectacular Lake Arragan and Shelly headland, you may even be lucky enough to see a whale or two!
Angourie boasts one of the best point breaks in Australia and is now a National Surfing Reserve. You can't visit Angourie without taking in the Green and Blue pools, once a rock quarry, this natural spring has transformed into an aquatic sanctuary. Angourie is a very special place known for it’s quiet laidback 70’s surf village vibes. Guests are encouraged to embrace this culture during their stay.
Within a 5-minute drive and situated at the mouth of the mighty Clarence River, Yamba is a coastal destination with a bustling restaurant, bar and retail scene. Don't forget to enjoy a bucket of delicious Yamba prawns and a chilled glass of bubbles at the Pacific Hotel, where you will take in the sweeping Views of Yamba Main Beach right next door to Yamba Lighthouse.
